Recruitment, Training & Development Program
The Recruitment, Training and Development Program is designed to prepare Black Postulants and Candidates for ministry in the church and to empower and encourage vocations for lay and ordained ministries. The progam also offers an annual conference for seminarians to provide an historical perspective of Black Episcopalians in the church, leadership training, opportunities for networking, and mentoring for ongoing formation.
